An honoured member of Stanford's Who's Who, and formerly a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Dwayne started his investment career in 1988 as a retail broker with Richardson Greenshields of Canada, and later RBC Dominion Securities.  His background includes experience as a high frequency quantitative trader. 

Early in his career as a trader for hedge funds located in Off-Shore jurisdictions, he learned the intricacies of working with international institutions and understanding the benefits associated within these jurisdictions.

Dwayne Strocen is registered with both the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the National Futures Association. In this capacity, is fully licensed to operate the Genuine USA Index Managed Account Program.  In addition, his primary duties are to oversee the analysis and management of all hedging strategies for both financial institutions and corporations.
