GLOBAL CLIMATE CTA FUND
Genuine Trading Solutions has established a professionally managed Global Climate CO2
Carbon Hedge Fund for the benefit of investors seeking an outlet to participate in the reduction of acid
rain, CO2 Greenhouse Gas Emissions and carbon credits.
The fund is available in two configurations. The first is a pooled investment format available to qualified
accredited investors and suitable for initial investment sums of US$150,000. The second is a separately managed
customized account available to those investors seeking a greater degree of transparancy. This format is also attractive
to larger institutions such as a fund of funds looking to brand the fund as its own and offered to its own customer or
client base.
The fund is open to all accredited investors, corporations, and financial institutions seeking to
participate in an environmental and ethical friendly hedge fund committed to Socially Responsible Investing (SRI).
The trading profile of the fund is committed to ethical standards and the objectives set forth by the Kyoto
Protocol to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and global warming.
The fund is a pooled asset class of exchange traded
derivative products set for trading on various exchanges
world wide. There is no restriction on an investors place of
residence.
The Fund will initially focus its trading activities toward
European emission credits and to the Chicago and Montreal
Climate Exchanges for trading North American CO
2
emissions and products associated with acid rain reduction.
Initial minimum investment is set at US$150,000 and is only
available by Offering Memorandum. Individual investors are
eligible for participation upon qualification as Accredited
Investor status.
